Question:
Transmission Fluid Meeting MOPAR ATF+4 or ATF+4 Type 9602
I own a 2005 Chrysler Sebring sedan. The book calls for MOPAR ATF+4 or ATF+4 Type 9602. Which of your synthetic transmission fluids is compatible?
-- Russell Stanley, Smyrna, DE
Answer:
For Chrysler applications where Mopar ATF+4 is specified, only automatic transmission fluids meeting Chrysler MS9602E specification are recommended. As a high quality semi-synthetic formulation, Mobil™ ATF +4 is approved and recommended for this application.
