| | I bought this car after wanting one so badly when they came out in 1995, but at that I point I still didn't have a driver's license. I bought the car in November 2004 as a birthday present to myself with 94,000 miles on it. Now in 4 years, I have put 100,000 miles of my own on it even with it being stored during the winters here in Minnesota. I thank Mobil 1 Extended Performance 15W-50 for its long life after many hard track days and daily street abuse.
Mobil 1 has made the car hold together even with a 7400 rpm red line and 3.91 rear end gears, which mean 4250 rpm's at 75 mph on my daily 70-mile round trip to work. If it wasn't for the great oil, it would have had some sort of major failure years ago.
