| | My car is my daily driver during the warmer months. I have done some modifications to it to help out with gas mileage and performance. It has a header back exhaust, x pipe, K&N filter and an opened air box. I drive my car hard and have high expectations. I love my car as much as my girlfriend; sometimes she dislikes that fact.
Mobil 1 oils are used in everything I own that has a motor. I run it in my '03 F150, my '98 Mustang , my '02 yzf426, and my '01 ttr125l (Yamaha bikes). I trust it in my daily drivers along with my motocross race bikes. I have been through just about every oil brand out there. I made the mistake of using Royal Purple in my Mustang's trans and it locked up 500 miles after the change. The mechanics told me it was due to lack of protection on the gears. $1,700, later I switched to Mobil 1 in my transmission and I've gotten 4,000 trouble-free miles on it. I run Mobil product in all of my vehicles. My truck has Mobil oils in the motor, auto trans, and rear end. Through using Mobil 1 synthetic oils I have picked up better gas mileage and better protection.
