My 2004 Barbados Blue Metallic Pontiac GTO is one of only 572 built in that
color equipped with the 4L60E automatic transmission, and the color was only
offered in the 2004 model year so she's already a "collectable." I've modified
my GTO (which was a surprise Christmas gift from my wife) with an SLP cold air
induction hood with functional scoops, a BMR heavy-duty strut tower brace, and
a K&N air filter. She's an all-around top performer, blazingly fast, with
excellent handling, and very comfortable to drive.
I only want the best products for my GTO: cleaners and waxes, detailing
products, premium gasoline, and of course, motor oil. That's why I switched to
Mobil 1 5W-30 with my most recent oil change. I immediately noticed an
improvement in performance. MY GTO's throttle response is better and the
acceleration feels stronger. I'm very glad I switched and will continue to use
Mobil 1.
