I am the original owner of this 2005 Crossfire even though I purchased it new in 2007. Yes, that means two years of just sitting on dealer lots before I came along and took her home – 32 miles on the clock and the full factory warranty still in place. I've tracked it on numerous occasions at Buttonwillow and the road course at California Speedway. I love running up and down the local canyon roads here in SoCal every chance I get. But sometimes it's nice just to cruise along the Pacific Coast Highway on a sunny Saturday, top down, wind my face and just forget about work and the responsibilities of life. I've recently had all the exterior silver trim redone in matte black to match the matte black wheels I installed this past summer, giving the car a much more aggressive personality.
Mobil 1 0W-40 is the factory fill oil in the Crossfire, so why on earth would I ever use anything else? And since I only put about 4,000 miles a year on the car and therefore only change the oil once a year, I like that I can trust Mobil 1 to keep my car running great for many years to come.
