I have owned this Jeep for over 15 years and have run Mobil 1 synthetic since
the first oil change, along with the Mobil 1 filter. This Jeep is taken to
Ocala National Forest - miles from any paved road - with no concern of any
oil-related failures and with the peace of mind that Mobil 1 will protect my
baby from any coolant or oil pump loss. Since running Mobil 1 synthetic in the
Grand Wagoneer, I have gained 1 to 2 miles per gallon with an overall gain of
25 to 30 miles per tank of fuel. I fill the transmission with Mobil 1
synthetic as well. From the grease to every other lubrication, this jeep is
maintained with nothing but fully synthetic Mobil 1. Thanks, Mobil 1, for
designing such superior lubricants!
