Ford Mustangs of all model years have been my favorite vehicles since a very young age. I have owned at least one Mustang ever since I received a driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. The latest Mustang in the stable is a Shelby GT500 coupe. My GT500 has some modest modifications, including an upgraded suspension kit, air intake system, custom engine tune, full exhaust system, custom wheels, and, of course, Mobil 1 oil in the engine.
Mobil 1 15W-50 advanced full synthetic motor oil provides superior protection beyond other performance oils on the market. Mobil 1 product works well in my Shelby GT500 supercharged engine by providing a thicker oil film for additional protection. The Mobil 1 oil provides smoother engine operation across the entire RPM range and seems to provide a boost in fuel economy. Mobil 1 15W-50 also handles the 5,000-mile oil change intervals recommended by Ford without an issue which provides additional confidence. I have been using quality Mobil 1 products for over 20 years in my vehicles because of the superior benefits they provide and intend to continue the ritual in the future.
