change to Mobil 1 High Mileage 10W-30, which costs more?

an excellent choice. However, if you believe your engine may have sludge
through less-than-adequate maintenance practices, Mobil 1 High Mileage may be
the more suitable selection. Mobil 1 High Mileage helps reduce the sludge
that other oils can leave behind which can result in extended engine life.
For severe cases where sludge and other heavy deposits are present, shorter
oil change intervals of 3,000 miles are recommended as cleanup proceeds.

the Advanced SuperSyn System, which provides exceptional oil life. The
product's extra performance additives help deliver outstanding engine

Will the use of high-endurance oils have a positive effect on the environment?

If I go longer between oil change intervals, do I need to change my oil filter
more frequently? Or do I need a special filter?

Continue to change your oil filter when you change your engine oil. Special
filters or more frequent oil filter changes are not required.
