ExxonMobil reserves the right at any time and from time to time, without notice, to add to, remove from and/or change the Mobil 1 Rewards ("Program") Terms and Conditions; for example, ExxonMobil may change the Program benefits, Reward credit levels, Program affiliations or redemption of Reward credits.
ExxonMobil reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time. Participants will have three months from the date of notification to redeem Rewards. At the end of the three-month period, the Program will terminate and all remaining Reward credits will be voided.
The availability of any Reward or Reward level cannot be guaranteed. Reward credits required for redemption may increase prior to Reward redemption.
GiftCertificates.com is an independent company that has agreed to exchange Reward credits for SuperCertificates® redeemable at participating retail locations. It controls the terms and conditions of its SuperCertificate® program. It reserves the right to make any changes in its program at any time with or without notice. When you enroll in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions.
Reward credits accrue and Rewards are redeemed in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of the Program.
Information regarding current redemption requirements and descriptions of Rewards are available on www.Mobiloil.com and www.GiftCertificates.com. Participants are responsible for accessing these sites in order to keep informed of Program features applicable to Participants' rights and responsibilities with regard to the Program. For questions regarding the Program, Participants may also call 1-800 ASK MOBIL (275-6624) 9:00 a.m to 8 p.m., ET, Monday through Friday.
Participants are responsible for all personal taxes, liabilities, surcharges and any other fees associated with participation in the Program.
ExxonMobil reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of the Program Terms and Conditions.
ExxonMobil may audit any Participant's account at any time, with or without notice to the Participant, to ensure compliance with the Program Terms and Conditions. If a Participant is determined by ExxonMobil, in its sole discretion, to have violated any of the Program Terms and Conditions, the Participant's enrollment in the Program will be terminated and all Reward credits forfeited.
Program Terms and Conditions, Rewards and redemptions are subject to applicable government laws, rules and regulations and are void where prohibited.
Information regarding a Participant's account and participation in the Program is confidential, and ExxonMobil will not disclose any of its information to a third party not affiliated with ExxonMobil, provided that ExxonMobil may disclose account information or participation history in order to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process, or in order to cooperate with a government investigation. In these circumstances, disclosure may be with or without the Participant's knowledge or consent.
A Participant in the Program must (1) be a natural person who resides in the U.S.; (2) have a valid U.S. driver's license and a valid e-mail address (e-mail is the only means of official communication between Mobil 1 Rewards and Participants); and (3) have not been denied participation in any other ExxonMobil program offering. Only one account allowed per individual.
No corporation or other legal entity may be a Participant in the Program and/or accrue Reward credits.
Provision of false information or omission of any information requested on any Program enrollment or redemption form or receipt may be grounds for denial of enrollment and/or accrual of Reward credit in the Participant's account.
REWARD CREDIT ACCRUAL:
Transactions that qualify for Reward credit accrual are limited to case purchases (or the equivalent) of and oil changes using Mobil 1 and Mobil 1 Extended Performance automotive motor oil, Mobil 1 motorcycle oils, and Mobil 1 Racing™ oils provided that such transactions must comply with all legal conditions applicable to commercial transactions. Drum purchases are not eligible. Returns of purchases or refunds for oil changes for any reason will result in rescission of the Reward credits previously accrued for such transactions.
The Mobil 1 Rewards program counts five-litre jugs as five quarts, which is one quart short of the case purchase requirement. A running tab of excess quarts or ounces is not kept.
Qualifying transactions must be evidenced by Mobil 1, Mobil 1 Extended Performance,
Mobil 1 motorcycle oil or Mobil 1 Racing oil change receipts, case goods (or the equivalent) purchase receipts, submission of UPCs (cut from cases or bottle labels, or hand-printed if the UPC is printed into bottle), and submission of proof-of-purchase forms that are dated Oct. 15, 2003 or later. A Participant will accrue no Reward credits for receipts or forms dated earlier than Oct. 15, 2003, or for transactions six months prior to a Participant's enrollment in the program.
Participants must accrue Reward credits and redeem their Rewards during their respective Reward Accrual Period, which is a period of 24 consecutive months. The first Reward Accrual Period will begin on the Participant's enrollment date in the Mobil 1 Rewards program. At the conclusion of a Participant's Reward Accrual Period, the Participant's Reward credit balance will be reset to zero and a new Reward Accrual Period will commence.
During a Reward Accrual Period, accrual of Reward credits is limited to a total combination of 24 oil changes and/or case goods purchases and/or individual quart bottles. Any qualifying transactions over this limit will not accrue Reward credits during that Reward Accrual Period and may not be carried over to any other Reward Accrual Period. No credit will be given for unredeemed Reward credits. A Participant will receive notice by e-mail 60 and 30 days prior to the specific Reward Accrual Period expiration date. ExxonMobil is not responsible if e-mail notifications cannot be delivered, for whatever reason, to the e-mail address in the user's profile on www.mobiloil.com at the time of mailing.

Multiple qualifying transactions concluded by any person in a Participant's household may be aggregated and accrue Reward credits. Evidence of each qualifying transaction must be submitted with the same Participant identification number. Accrual is subject to the conditions in Section 14.
In order to accrue multiple Reward credits for multiple same-day qualifying transactions, the Participant must submit a separate receipt with a different invoice number as proof of each transaction; if two or more receipts are received with the same invoice number, only one receipt will accrue Reward credits in Participant's account.
Accrued Reward credits do not constitute property of a Participant. Reward credits are non-transferable under any conditions, including upon a Participant's death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or in any other matter. Accrued Reward credits may not be combined with any other Program Participant's Reward credits.
Reward credits may not be transferred to any other company's reward program. Similarly, reward credits accrued in another company's reward program may not be transferred to the Program or otherwise combined with the Rewards Program.
Any attempted transfer of Reward credits in contravention of the Terms and Conditions of the Program is void.
All accrued Reward credits will be forfeited upon Participant's withdrawal from or termination of participation in the Program.
Participant may redeem the accrued Reward credits for either ExxonMobil authorized merchandise or for SuperCertificates® from GiftCertificates.com.

All Rewards are subject to availability. Certain restrictions may apply to specific Rewards and are set forth in Program communications and/or on the SuperCertificates®. Merchants participating in the GiftCertificates.com program are subject to change.
Reward credits have no cash value and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, coupon or promotion.
After a Participant has redeemed Reward credits, the Participant will not be able to exchange, refund or return the credits for redeposit in the Participant's account.
By redeeming a Reward, the Participant releases ExxonMobil and its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability regarding the redemption or use of a Reward or other participation in the Program. ExxonMobil and participating merchants are not responsible for replacing lost, stolen or mutilated certificates or merchandise. ExxonMobil makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular use or otherwise, regarding the Rewards or any merchandise obtained by redemption.
